We Are Your Trusted Perth Partner Visa Agent
We assist Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealanders help their loved ones receive spouse / partner visas in Perth. If you are in a loving relationship with a non-Australian citizen then you can sponsor them for visa but you must be able to prove that your commitment is “genuine and continuing” regardless of whether you are married or in a de facto relationship.
Sounds pretty straightforward, right? Unfortunately, this sponsorship has a high rejection rate, as the Australian Government requires a great amount of proof that you are in a committed and ongoing relationship. We can help you gather the information you need to prove this to the Australian Government.
Unfortunately, a lot of married and de facto couples who attempt to apply for partner visas on their own fail on their first attempt. This is because the application comprises a lot of complex wording to catch out couples who didn’t follow the correct application procedures.
There is nothing more upsetting , and costly, for a loving couple to have their visa application rejected due to a misunderstanding. Instead, you should certainly call our experts, as they have the skills, knowledge and experience to help your loved one receive sponsorship on the first attempt.
We can help you receive a Perth Partner visa the first time around
Our team of migration professionals insist on working hard to ensure eligible individuals can bring their loved ones to live with them in Australia. This means providing you with assistance with the complexities and evidence gathered required to prove that your relationship is “genuine and ongoing” and one that will continue once your partner enters Australia.
There are two types of partner visas we help Perth residents attain:
Subclass 820 & 801: Subclass 820 & 801 comprises a two-stage process that can allow your partner to reside in Australia whilst their application is pending. Your partner needs to be inside Australia to make an application for the onshore 820 / 801 visa application. Typically an applicant will be granted the temporary residency visa (820) first and then provide further evidence of a continuing relationship two years later which is assessed prior to the permanent residency visa (801) being granted.
- Subclass 309 & 100: Once again, this is a two-stage process but, in contrast to Subclass 820 & 801, your partner must apply for the visa from offshore i.e. outside of Australia. Once the temporary residency visa (309) is granted the applicant can then enter Australia. Two years after the application has been lodged further evidence must be provided to the Department to prove an ongoing relationship. Once this has been proven the applicant will be granted permanent residency of Australia (100 visa).
