Comprehensive Partner Visa Migration Agent in Brisbane

We are a trusted Brisbane partner visa migration agent who helps Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens obtain partner visas for their loved ones. If you are in a committed relationship with an international citizen, then you can apply for them to be sponsored in Australia. We can help you with providing evidence that your relationship is “genuine and continuing” with your husband, wife or de facto, spouse or partner.

These applications may seem pretty straightforward, but you may be surprised to learn that they have an incredibly high refusal rate, and why? Because the Australian Government requires a high standard of evidence to prove that you are in a committed relationship with a spouse or someone genuinely seeking to be with you in the country.

Unfortunately, many couples who attempt the application on their own typically fail due to misunderstandings with the complex wording surrounding the process. The last thing you want is to pay the application fee and then wait for months on end only to have your application refused on account of a technicality.

Instead, consult our Brisbane experts, as we have the skills, experience and knowledge to ensure that you have a much higher chance of receiving approval on your very first attempt.

Ensure you receive your Brisbane partner visa on the first attempt

Our team of migration experts will work hard on your behalf to ensure that you have all the documents and evidence required to prove you are in said “genuine and ongoing” relationship. We have helped thousands of international couples with their process and relish in the joy they experience when their loved one is approved to live with them in Australia.

There are two types of partner visa you can apply for:

  1. Subclass 820 & 801: This is a two-stage process that can allow your loved one to live in Australia for two years whilst the Government accesses their eligibility for permanent residency. They must first be approved to live here for two years as part of a temporary process but their permanent residency can be immediately approved if you have been in a long-term relationship before your loved one’s arrival. Your loved one must be in Australia when they make their application.

  2. Subclass 309 & 100: This is also a two-stage process in which your partner must apply outside of Australia for both the temporary and permanent options before being allowed entry into the country. Once temporary residence is approved you will then be required to wait for two years whilst the Government accesses permanent residence eligibility. However, if you have been in a long-term relationship before the application, permanent residency may be immediately granted.
