After we have completed our “one on one” we will follow up promptly and send you a formal document outlining our proposed services, fees and timelines. Once you have reviewed and are in agreement we ask you to sign and return the document. This document then forms the agreement between you and Australian Visa Advice Pty Ltd.
We will then start to work closely with you to gather all relevant documentation and information to support your visa application.
Once the documentation has been collated we will promptly draft your application and, where required, supporting submissions. We will then, after a final review, lodge your application with the relevant government department.
We don’t just leave it there. Australian Visa Advice will manage any correspondence with the assigned case officer to ensure any questions and clarifications are closed out promptly.
The final step will be notification of your visa outcome and hopefully start to plan your future in Australia.
